Christina Pozzuoli
Chief Operating Officer / Chief Marketing Officer
Christina’s love for hospitality runs deep. Growing up, she spent summers working in her grandparents’ ice cream shop in Pennsylvania, where she learned the fundamentals of creating warm, memorable guest experiences. With a background in marketing and a passion for building strong hospitality brands, Christina plays a vital role in the strategic growth and guest experience initiatives at P Hospitality. Her leadership ensures that every restaurant under the group’s umbrella maintains its high standards of service, culture, and innovation. From an early age, she saw firsthand the dedication it takes to run a business, watching her grandparents work tirelessly and instilling in her an unshakable work ethic.
Her strong work ethic was shaped not only by her grandparents but also by her parents, who constantly encouraged her to think ahead and strategize. Her father would always ask, 'What’s your plan?'—for everything she wanted to do, big or small. This ingrained in her the belief that anything is possible with the right preparation. That mindset has become a defining trait in how she approaches both business and leadership.
Her restaurant career formally began at age 16 when she took her first job at Marble Slab in Boca Raton. While attending Florida Gulf Coast University for marketing, she worked her way through various roles in the industry, from hosting to bartending to bookkeeping. Her experience at Blue Martini Lounge in Naples shaped her leadership style, where she worked in a team of driven professionals who took immense pride in their craft. This sense of teamwork and dedication became the foundation for how she approaches building teams today.
One of the defining moments in Christina’s hospitality journey came in 2019 while considering the purchase of Prezzo. A conversation with hospitality veteran Burt Rapoport shifted her mindset—he pointed out how the industry had become too focused on saying 'no' to guests rather than finding ways to say 'yes.' That philosophy became a core pillar of P Hospitality, setting them apart in the industry by always looking for solutions and making guests feel valued.
As a leader, Christina thrives on finding the right people for the right roles. She is passionate about creating an environment where employees feel happy, calm, and supported. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in preparation and adaptability—an outlook she credits to her upbringing and a key lesson from a former chef: “Proper Preparation Prevents Poor Performance.” She believes in setting up her team for success so they can navigate the inevitable unpredictability of the restaurant industry with confidence.
Beyond her leadership in operations and branding, Christina has a deep love for problem-solving and high-energy service. One of her favorite places to be in the restaurant is the hostess stand—she loves being the first friendly face guests see when they walk in, setting the tone for their entire experience. She finds joy in orchestrating a smooth, busy night, juggling variables, and working as a team to create seamless service, even in the chaos.
When she’s not in the restaurants, Christina recharges by attending hot yoga classes, spending time with her two boys, Eddie and Vinny, and enjoying simple moments with her family. She believes that hospitality is about more than just great food—it’s about putting people in the best position to succeed. Her true specialty is ensuring that every employee is set up to thrive in their role, allowing them to reach their full potential, and making every guest feel valued, heard, and appreciated. Her passion, drive, and dedication to the industry continue to shape P Hospitality’s success, creating an environment where both employees and guests feel respected and taken care of.
