Eddie Pozzuoli
Chief Executive Officer / Chief Financial Officer
Eddie Pozzuoli is the driving force behind P Hospitality, bringing nearly 20 years of experience, an unrelenting work ethic, and a deep passion for hospitality. He thrives in the fast-paced nature of the restaurant industry, where every day presents new challenges, opportunities, and relationships. Eddie doesn’t just manage restaurants—he builds meaningful connections and cultivates a culture of excellence that impacts both employees and guests alike.
Eddie’s journey began at just 15 years old, working his first job at Wings Plus in Coral Springs. He quickly moved on to bussing tables and working as a server’s assistant at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, where he developed a keen eye for restaurant operations and exceptional service. His early experiences instilled a strong work ethic and a hands-on leadership approach that has carried him throughout his career.
In addition to his experience in full-service dining, Eddie honed his expertise in the nightlife industry at Blue Martini Lounge in Naples. There, he gained invaluable insight into high-energy hospitality, mastering the art of guest engagement, crowd management, and delivering an elevated experience in a dynamic setting. This time in nightlife strengthened his ability to create seamless service in both restaurant and lounge environments, reinforcing his belief that hospitality is about curating unforgettable moments, no matter the setting. He has since applied this knowledge to develop successful and thriving beverage programs across all of P Hospitality’s restaurants, ensuring that each venue delivers a distinctive, high-quality bar experience that complements its dining atmosphere.
In 2012, Eddie returned to Coral Springs to help expand his family’s restaurant, Tavolino Della Notte. He was involved in every aspect of the business—financials, menu development, staff training, and guest experience—transforming Tavolino into a beloved community staple. After selling the restaurant in 2019, Eddie and Christina quickly realized they weren’t done. Just two weeks after stepping away, they knew they needed to be back in the industry. That realization led them to purchase Prezzo Boca Raton in early 2020, where Eddie re-energized an established brand and took it to new heights. His leadership led to the successful opening of a second Prezzo location in Palm Beach Gardens and, later, the acquisition of Corvina Seafood Grill, where he helped refine and elevate its identity.
Eddie’s leadership style is highly hands-on. He believes that if he can physically be in the moment, there isn’t a problem he can’t solve. He leads by example, setting the bar for effort, efficiency, and accountability. He doesn’t just tell his team what to do—he teaches them why they’re doing it, ensuring they are empowered to make strong decisions on their own. His philosophy is simple: every guest experience is an opportunity to impact someone’s life for the better. Whether it’s a first date, a family celebration, or just a night out after a long day, Eddie ensures that every detail of the restaurant contributes to creating unforgettable moments.
Now, Eddie is preparing to launch Eddie & Vinny’s, his most personal project yet. Beyond being named after his two sons, the restaurant marks a full-circle homecoming to Coral Springs. Returning to the very same space where his family’s first restaurant once thrived is more than business—it’s a deep-rooted passion and a tribute to the community that has always supported him.
A typical day for Eddie starts early and ends late, filled with a whirlwind of responsibilities—from menu development and budgeting to operational efficiencies and compliance. No matter how much the company grows, he makes it a priority to visit multiple restaurants a day, ensuring that both guests and employees feel valued.
Outside of work (which is rare), Eddie is all about family, adventure, and good food. He loves spending time with his wife and two sons, whether it’s racing go-karts at the track, watching Formula One races, or simply playing outside. He finds joy in introducing his boys to new experiences, whether it’s their first ski trip or exploring a new city together. Eddie is also a huge foodie—he’s always seeking out new restaurants, trying different flavors, and finding inspiration from great hospitality around the world. While he thrives on the fast-paced energy of the restaurant business, his favorite moments are the simple ones—laughing with family and friends over a great meal, watching his kids grow, and making the most of every day. Above all, Eddie believes that hospitality is about people—both inside and outside the restaurant.
